Is there a free trial? +

Yes, on the Individual plan: your first month is free. A card is asked for at checkout so your assistant stays ready at the end of the month, and nothing is charged before then — cancel in one click before that and you pay nothing. One free month per account.

What does “wakes up in about a minute” mean? +

An Individual assistant goes to sleep after eight hours without activity to keep the plan at this price. The next time you open it, it takes about a minute to come back — you’ll see it getting ready. Business plans stay running for days between uses.

What’s the monthly AI allowance? +

Every Individual month includes an amount of AI work. Most people never reach it. If you do, you can add credits, or move to a business plan.

Is my data safe? +

Your work never trains a shared model — nothing you give it ends up in an AI someone else can query. And it isn’t a setting to find and turn off: your assistant runs on its own database, so there’s nothing to opt out of in the first place. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, and hosted in Canada.
