Yes, on the Individual plan: your first month is free. A card is asked at checkout so your assistant is ready the moment the month ends, and nothing is charged until then — cancel in one click before that and you pay nothing. One free month per account.
What does “wakes in about a minute” mean?
An Individual assistant goes to sleep after eight quiet hours to keep the plan at this price. The next time you open it, it takes about a minute to come back — you'll see it getting ready. Business plans stay up for days between uses.
What is the monthly AI allowance?
Every Individual month comes with a set amount of AI work included. Most people never reach it. If you do, you can add credits, or move up to a business plan.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime, in one click. Upgrades apply instantly and we prorate the difference; downgrades take effect on your next cycle.
How does payment work?
Secure checkout via Stripe — credit card, charged monthly or yearly. Invoices land in your inbox, and you manage everything from your account.
What's the subscription for, and what are credits?
Two different things. The subscription covers the teammate itself — your own database, your isolated infrastructure, and the memory that carries across months. The work it does — replies, drafts, builds, minutes of voice — runs on credits you buy in packs from your account. Nothing is ever charged automatically for usage unless you switch on auto-recharge yourself.
