What you're buying#
The subscription keeps your assistant: a dedicated, isolated database provisioned for you alone, your configuration, and its memory. Credits pay for the work it does (model usage, voice minutes, image generation), prepaid in packs — nothing is charged automatically for usage unless you enable auto-recharge yourself. Plans differ by configuration and vertical, not by rank; current prices and inclusions are those shown at purchase and on your receipt. By creating an account you accept these terms; if you act for an organization, you confirm you can bind it.
Your content and data#
Yours stays yours. You keep all rights to what you provide and to what the assistant produces for you. We never train shared models on your content — architecturally, not as a setting. You grant us only the limited licence needed to run the service: store, process, transmit and display your content to you, via the subprocessors listed in the privacy policy. Your clients' information that you bring in is your responsibility: you confirm you have the right to use it, you are its controller, and we process it for you.
AI outputs — the honest clauses#
The assistant drafts, summarizes, analyzes and proposes; outward actions happen on your approval, and you are responsible for what you approve and send. AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete or outdated — verify before relying, especially prices and legal, financial or real-estate figures. A listing read is a reading of a public page, not an appraisal; an indicative range is arithmetic on a municipal assessment, not a market opinion. If you are a licensed professional, your professional obligations remain yours. Between you and us, outputs are yours; we cannot warrant that AI-generated content is copyright-protectable or non-infringing in every jurisdiction.
Billing#
Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly in CAD via Stripe until you cancel — anytime, effective end of the paid period. Credit packs are one-time prepaid purchases: non-refundable once consumed, refundable while unconsumed within 30 days on request. Auto-recharge is off by default; you enable it, set the threshold and pack, and can turn it off anytime. No usage is invoiced in arrears. Price changes: 30 days' notice, applied at your next renewal, never mid-cycle. Taxes (GST/QST/HST) are added at checkout as applicable. If a renewal fails we retry, then suspend — your data is retained per the privacy policy so you can come back.
Consumer rights (Québec)#
If you subscribe as a consumer, Québec's Consumer Protection Act applies, and nothing here limits rights it makes non-waivable — including its rules on distance contracts, cancellation and refunds. Where these terms and the CPA conflict for a consumer, the CPA wins.
Services you bring#
Twilio, your cloud (AWS, Railway, GitHub), Google, Microsoft, Zapier and similar connections are your accounts, under your agreements with those providers and at your cost. We access them only with the credentials and scopes you grant, to do what you ask. Disconnecting them stops the related features and nothing else.
Acceptable use#
Don't use Canada Muse to break the law, infringe rights, or send messages without the consent the law requires — Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) applies to your outbound email and SMS. Don't harass, misrepresent AI output as a licensed professional's certified work, probe or disrupt the service or other tenants' isolation, or resell access without an agreement. We may suspend accounts for material violations — proportionately, with notice unless the risk is immediate.
Preview pages#
Pages you build get a public preview URL under our domain — public means public: anyone with the link can see it. Preview hosting is a development convenience, not production hosting: uptime is not warranted and idle projects may be recycled, within the limits the interface shows. Production deployment goes to your own connected cloud, on your accounts.
Warranties and liability#
The service is provided as a continuously evolving SaaS, without an SLA unless separately agreed, and 'as is' to the extent Québec law permits — noting the CPA and the Civil Code's warranty of quality apply to consumers regardless. To the maximum extent permitted, our total liability over any 12-month period is capped at what you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect damages or data you could have exported. Nothing limits liability for intentional or gross fault (art. 1474 C.c.Q.), bodily or moral injury, or anything non-excludable under Québec law.
Ending things#
You can cancel anytime in one click; paid periods run to their end, without partial refunds of the subscription except as the CPA requires. We can terminate for material breach after notice and 15 days to cure — immediately for grave breaches. On closure, your export and deletion rights are in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms#
Material changes come with 30 days' written notice by email and in the product. For consumers we follow the CPA's rules on unilateral amendment — notice of the change, old and new text, and the right to refuse and cancel where a change increases your obligations or reduces ours. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance for non-consumers.
Law, language, contact#
The service is operated by AHigh Lab inc. (NEQ 1149545080). Québec law governs and disputes are heard in the judicial district of Québec, subject to any consumer right to sue at home. These terms exist in French and English; both are official, the French version is presented first for Québec consumers per the Charter of the French Language, and in case of true divergence the version most favourable to the consumer applies.
