Questions

What are credits?
Everything your Muse does — replies, calls, texts, work in the browser — uses credits from one balance your whole team shares. Your plan adds credits each month; credits you buy never expire.
What happens at zero?
Your Muse pauses and asks. Nothing runs past your balance, and nothing more is charged until you buy credits.
How does the trial work?
7 days with a card, 500 credits included, on Personal, Solo and Pro. Pro's calling starts with your first payment. You're charged on day 8 unless you cancel.
Can I change plans?
Any time, from your billing page. A bigger plan starts right away and you pay the difference for the rest of the month; a smaller one starts at your next renewal.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your billing page; your plan runs to the end of the period. Credits you bought stay yours if you come back.
Where is my data?
In Canada — AWS, Montréal region.
